The Cork
Our culinary journey began with a simple dream: to create an epicurean experience that defied the ordinary. In 2014, we opened our doors in North East, PA, committed to raising the bar on the culinary landscape in NW PA by fusing pristine ingredients, inventive pairings, creative twists on classic American fare, and unparalleled hospitality. In 2018, we embarked on a bold voyage, moving into the newly renovated and historic West Erie Plaza in Erie, PA. The expansion tripled our square footage and heightened our ability to deliver extraordinary dining experiences to an even bigger audience.
Experiential Dining
Our commitment to experiential dining remains today and continues to expand. Seasonal menus, an ever-growing wine collection, mixology and pairing classes, curated events, and holiday celebrations have widened our offerings and enriched our relationship with our community. It has also positioned our bustling restaurant at the forefront of contemporary fine dining in our region. Loyal patrons enjoy our relaxed lunches, constantly evolving menu offerings, and fun Happy Hours. We’re honored to be the go-to spot for anniversary and birthday celebrations and corporate events.
